Meet the Chef:
Being Italian, Chinese, and former UMSC infantry has shaped the chef I am today. I've known what it's like to be truly hungry. To crave not just food, but something that feels like home. And I’ve also known the pure joy of that first hot bite after a long, hard day, maybe weeks or months. That contrast taught me to never take a good meal for granted.
Now, I’m working hard to turn my passion into a career. Whether I’m cooking in your home or delivering a meal to your table, I want to share that same sense of warmth, comfort, and joy through every dish.
At the end of the day, I just really love feeding people. If I can make you smile between bites then mission accomplished.
